Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when eligible.

In rare cases, delivery may take up to 35 days due to carrier or logistical delays.
If your order has not arrived within 35 days, please get in touch with us, and we will offer a store credit or refund. Refunds are issued only for lost, damaged, or significantly delayed orders (over 35 days).

Lost Packages
Lost packages must be reported within 5 days of the expected delivery date, along with confirmation from the shipping carrier.
Once verified, we will issue a replacement or refund.
