Order Processing: We process all orders within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

Canada
- Orders under CAD $100 — Flat rate CAD $7.99
- Orders CAD $100 and over — Free Shipping
United States and Mexico
- Orders under USD $100 — Flat rate USD $7.99
- Orders of USD $100 and over — Free Shipping
Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when eligible.
Estimated Delivery Time
- Standard: 7–10 business days after dispatch
- In rare cases, delivery may take up to 35 days due to carrier or logistical delays. If your order has not arrived within 35 days, please contact us, and we will offer a store credit or refund.
Tracking Your Order: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order through Canada Post, USPS, DHL, or FedEx. Contact us if you need help locating your shipment.
Shipping Partners: We work with trusted global shipping partners to ensure reliable delivery. Our team is based in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.
Customs and Duties: Customs fees, if applicable, are determined by your country's regulations and are the customer's responsibility. Most orders arrive without additional fees, but we cannot guarantee this in all cases.
Delivery Issues
Delayed Packages — If your order is delayed, we will issue a $5 store credit.
Marked as Delivered but Not Received — Please check with household members or neighbors first. If you still cannot locate your package, contact us for assistance.
Lost Packages — Lost packages must be reported within 5 days after the 35-day delivery window has passed, along with confirmation from the shipping carrier. Once verified, we will issue a replacement or full refund.
